My Book Stack

January 17, 2012  by Ellen Perry

This photo is of some of my favorites. I am a huge fan of Sarah-Kate Lynch, as you can see. She is from New Zealand and some of her books can be difficult to find here, but well worth the hunt online for overseas booksellers. All of these have been inspirational or thought-provoking in a lasting way. I also love how pretty they are.

I'm building up my Toni Morrison collection to be read and re-read when the chance presents itself (in a few years when the kids start primary school ...:-))

By Bread Alone was a great read and I often think about the characters. That is a sign of a great book!

Thanks for the suggestions! I just looked her up at my library (Houston, TX) and found her new one Dolci di love, or, The sweetheart cantucci. Looks great!
